Charted Values

Analytics privacy

Charted Values can use optional Google Analytics 4 on its home page and API guide. It stays off until you allow it. Rejecting analytics does not affect your access to the application.

What is measured

After permission, Google receives visits to those two public pages and technical information such as browser, device and IP address. Only fixed public page names and URLs are configured. Referrer URLs are blanked. Visits with URL query parameters or fragments are excluded, so campaign attribution is limited.

The integration excludes sign-in and registration, private projects, metrics, locations, contact submissions, shared chart links, API calls and HTTP device input. It does not send account identifiers, project names, measurements, coordinates, API keys or tokens. Advertising signals and personalisation are disabled.

Cookies and your choice

Permission or rejection is saved locally in this browser for 180 days. If local storage is unavailable, analytics remains off. With permission, Google can set host-only _ga and _ga_* cookies for up to 180 days. Essential application session and security cookies are separate.

Use the controls below to change your choice. Withdrawing permission stops this integration and removes its analytics cookies from this host. It does not delete information already received by Google. Clearing browser storage resets your choice. Each browser and device has its own choice.

Google and further information

Google processes the analytics information under its applicable terms; processing may involve other countries. See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner sites. For questions, sign in and contact us.
